Problem

Teambook was outdated , clunky and couldn't consolidate the large amount of information that the Teambook app showed on one screen. Other than looking unprofessional, this caused a low task success rate and low user satisfaction.

Solution

Since the website was large and had many features, I first dissected each feature and writing down all the issues preventing tasks from being completed easily. Then I provided a detailed analysis of each problem I found and possible ways it can be solved by providing redesigns through Figma. I collaborated with the developers through zoom meetings to see the viability of each proposed solution and taking feedback for further iterations.

Outcomes

The outcome was a brand new professional and sleek design. This resulted in a significant 30% improvement in task success rate and 40% in user satisfaction.
